What this is

Projects Advisors publishes general commentary on the development, delivery and long-term management of physical assets. It is written for a professional readership and is intended to be useful in thinking about problems of this kind.

Nothing published here is professional advice. Decisions about real assets should be taken with qualified advisers who understand the specific facts. Where this site describes what a published standard or contract form requires, that description is a summary written in good faith and is not a substitute for reading the document itself.

Content is written carefully and figures are attributed to their sources, but no warranty is given that anything here is complete, current or free from error. Standards, contract forms and market conditions change. Articles carry a publication date for that reason.
