What this site collects.

Projects Advisors is a publication. It has no accounts, no login and no mailing list. The only place it asks for anything is the contact form, and only so that a reply can be sent.

The contact form

If you write to us, the form collects your name, email address and message. The information is used to read and answer your message. It is not added to a mailing list, used for marketing or sold.

Web3Forms processes the submission and relays it by email. It may retain a copy under its own privacy terms. The receiving email provider also processes and stores the correspondence. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was sent.

The form sets no cookies and does not track you. It uses a hidden field and a timing check to filter automated submissions; neither collects anything about you.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and roughly where readers come from. Google Analytics places cookies on your device and processes data on Google's infrastructure, which may include transfers outside your country.

Analytics is not loaded until you accept it. If you decline, or ignore the notice, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

You can change your mind at any time using the Analytics control at the foot of every page. Your choice is not permanent either: a decline is asked again after six months, and an acceptance is re-confirmed after a year, so a decision made once does not bind you indefinitely.

The choice is stored in your browser's own local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to this site or anyone else.

Where analytics is active, Google Analytics receives page and event data, approximate geographic region, referring site, device and browser details, and online identifiers generated for analytics. This publication uses that data to measure readership, not to identify a named person, and does not sell it. Google processes it as the analytics provider.

The tools

The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. What you enter into one, and what it computes, is never transmitted anywhere: not to this site, not to Google, not to anyone. There is no account, no upload and no stored result. Closing the page discards it.

Nothing counts whether you used a tool, how far you got, or what it told you. Not even the fact that a calculation ran, which could be recorded without recording anything in it, and is not. Where analytics is active the visit to a tool page is counted like any other page view, and that is the whole of it.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to serve pages, operate logs and protect against abuse. Hosting logs and aggregate traffic information may be available to the site operator through the hosting service.

Fonts and third parties

Typefaces are served from this site's own domain rather than from a third-party font service, so visiting a page does not disclose your visit to a font provider. There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no embedded videos and no chat widgets.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data relating to you, and to object to its processing. This can include contact correspondence and consented analytics data. Use the contact form to make a request and provide enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. Analytics cookies and the local consent choice can also be removed through your browser.

Changes

If what this site collects ever changes, this page changes with it and the date above is updated.
